How to request a return?

You have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. To facilitate the processing of your request, it is recommended to contact our customer service before returning your items, specifying your order number.

The products must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, complete, labeled, unworn, not personalized, not washed, and new. If these conditions are not met, the refund cannot be processed.

We cover the return shipping costs via our partner carrier and will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt of your return slip, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Please note that your return must first be checked and validated by our dedicated team. The refund is generally processed within 7 days after receipt and verification of the items. We will refund the invoiced amount excluding shipping fees, using the same payment method as used for your order.
