How to request a return with a refund?
In accordance with the applicable regulations (articles L 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return one or more items, without having to justify the reason.
Return conditions:
Returned products must:
- be in their original condition,
- new, unworn, unwashed, not personalized,
- complete, labeled, and in the original packaging.
⚠️ Any item that does not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Our customer service will respond within 48 business hours by sending you a prepaid Colissimo Suivi return label by email. - Return the package
After receiving the return slip, you have an additional 14 days to send us the relevant items. - Return validation and refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your package, we will proceed with the refund of eligible items. The refunded amount will be credited by the same payment method used for the purchase, within an average period of 7 business days.
ℹ️ Note: In the case of a full return of an order for which shipping fees were paid, these fees are not refunded.

- Return costs are covered by Cepovett Safety (via the provided label).
- If you wish to order another size, color, or model, simply place a new order on our website.
- Direct exchanges are not offered.

In which cases can I return an item?

No, the return shipping costs are covered by Cepovett Safety thanks to the prepaid Colissimo label provided by our team.

The refund is generally processed within 10 business days after our team has validated the conformity of your return.
Can an item be exchanged?
Direct exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.
Can I return a personalized item?
No, personalized items (marking, embroidery, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect.
Can I return an item after the legal deadline?
Requests received more than 14 days after receipt of the order cannot be accepted.
What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible via the form. Our teams will inform you of the steps to follow.
Are the initial shipping fees refunded?
In the event of a full return of an order, the initial shipping costs remain your responsibility and are not refunded, except in the case of a preparation error on our part.
