Order
How to place an order on your site?
To place an order, add the desired products to your cart, then click on "Proceed to checkout." Follow the instructions to enter your delivery and payment information. Please note that online sales are only available within the European Union (excluding France) as well as in Switzerland. To place an order from France, we invite you to contact our distribution network.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
We process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service as soon as possible for any modification or cancellation.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
After your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your order.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can find your invoice in your customer account, as well as in the order confirmation email.
What if I want to speak to someone?
You can easily communicate with our team using the online chat, accessible via the "Chat" bubble located at the bottom right of each page on the site. You also have the option to send us your questions, comments, or specific requests by filling out our contact form. We are here to assist you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through our secure partner Stripe. You can pay for your purchases with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), as well as via Apple Pay.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, all payments are fully secured thanks to our partner Stripe, which uses the latest encryption technologies to ensure the confidentiality and security of your banking data.
When will my account be debited?
The payment is taken at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping
What are the shipping fees by country?
We currently deliver to all countries of the European Union, as well as Switzerland. Shipping fees vary depending on your destination country:
- France:
Sales in France are now handled exclusively by our authorized distribution network. Please contact your local distributor for any order. - Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany: Free delivery for orders over €420 incl. VAT. For orders under €420, the shipping fee is €15 incl. VAT.
- Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden: Free delivery for orders over €420 incl. VAT. For lower amounts, the shipping fee is €24 incl. VAT.
- Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: Free delivery for orders over €420 incl. VAT.Below this amount, the delivery fee is €30 incl. VAT.
- Switzerland: Delivery is free for orders over €420 incl. VAT. For orders below this amount, delivery costs €38 incl. VAT. This rate includes VAT and customs fees (DDP delivery – no additional charges upon receipt).
What is the shipping time for my order?
We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. The usual shipping time for a catalog product (excluding customization) is 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How can I track my package?
When your package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This message contains a tracking number that allows you to track your order at any time until it reaches the specified delivery address.
What happens if I am absent during delivery?
If you are absent at the time of delivery to the indicated address, the carrier will generally leave a delivery notice. Your parcel will then be available at your post office or at a pick-up point, upon presentation of identification, for 15 days from the date of the notice. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. Our customer service will then contact you to arrange a new shipment or, if we do not receive a response from you, proceed with the refund of your order.
What should I do if my order is incomplete?
If the items you received do not match your order, please contact customer service via the form and specify your order number.
Returns and refunds
How to request a return?
You have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. To facilitate the processing of your request, it is recommended to contact our customer service before returning your items, specifying your order number.
The products must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, complete, labeled, unworn, not personalized, not washed, and new. If these conditions are not met, the refund cannot be processed.
We cover the return shipping costs via our partner carrier and will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt of your return slip, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) concerned to us.
How long does it take to receive the refund?
Please note that your return must first be checked and validated by our dedicated team. The refund is generally processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the items. We will refund the invoiced amount excluding shipping fees, using the same payment method as used for your order.
